Faucet Production - A De-illogistic work Process
The faucet production line of ours is developed as a full system, which includes many key parts. It include gravity casting line, machining lin... Every step is crucial in the making of premium faucets that are built to last.
Inside the Gravity Casting Line
The process starts on the gravity casting line, where molten metal is poured into molds to create each faucet's unique form. It is an intricate process that requires carefulness and skill to emerge perfectly built on each faucet.
Navigating the Machining Line
After being cast the faucets move to our machining line. In the next step, they are processed into a mould and offered in various designs of Tobeco Super Tank.
Polishing Line Craftsmanship
The faucets then advance to the polishing line, where they must be converted in order for their surfaces to become a smooth and silk-like luster. These are then painstakingly polished to a high lustre, using specialist tools.
Ending at the Assembling Line
This assembling line is the last stage for our production which provides faucets after each meticulous step involved in its manufacturing. It is the last step in a series of stages that ends before being sent off to their new homes.
